While I might be a bit biased, I’ve long held the opinion that StrategicAmpersand is home to one of the best integrated MarCom teams in Canada. Our PR and marketing staff weave expertly through varied client projects, delivering unique, targeted and successful campaigns to some of the biggest names in technology.
And I’m proud to share that our team has now been named a Gold Award recipient by Golden Bridge Awards for our campaign, How Much TekSavvy Do you Need?, in the Heightening Information Technology Awareness category.
This award celebrates the hard work and dedication our team put into creating an original measurable, metric-exceeding and lasting campaign for TekSavvy, one of Canada’s leading Independent Service Providers (ISP). We created and conducted a national survey to determine how much Canadians really know about their Internet plans, and then armed with those results, worked closely with TekSavvy to design and develop an infographic and web application. The integrated campaign resulted in more than 110,000 application visits, 60,000 clicks to TekSavvy’s product pages and 16,000 infographic views across Canada.
This award is reminiscent of the two Golden Bridge Awards our agency received in 2010 for our work on the ground-breaking One Million Acts of Green campaign for Cisco Canada. At that time, our work led to nearly 100 media articles, reaching 1.2 million readers, and an organic Twitter following of over 1,200 users in just six months. We were honoured then to receive our awards, and we are even more so today.
